You know what, it's not really about the weight anymore. I don't even know why I have GWs if I don't weigh myself. like a looot of other girls, I’ve learned my lesson. And i'm doing it the right way this time. it's about being strong and healthy enough to function throughout the day. My choices of exercise are running, yoga, and circuits.
