spent the whole day really hungover

-ripped in 30 begins -get up to running 10k -get the bike out! -pursue job hunting that’s all !
okay I'm just gunna tell you what I ate today...
breakfast- whole wheat toast with margarine, one egg with two egg whites and almond milk (scrambled eggs) lunch- banana, strawberries, organic peanut butter, and a salad dinner-chocolates and a homemade waffle with maple syrup and fruit salad snack- a small handful of BBQ chips. I started off well but clearly did not end well. 1400 cal total.
Anonymous asked: SO I had my weigh in and i had been at a plateau the last 2 weeks so today when i weighted i found that i had lost 4lbs!!! that brings my overall weightloss to 21lbs!!! I couldn't be happier!!! I am now at 155 and have 19lbs more to go... :)
why do I get sick so much.
it’s like whenever im doing really well, I get really sick and fall off track. I eat like crap (but not excessively. I officially can say I am not a binger anymore. ) and im omitted from exercising. it’s all this cold Canadian weather, my body can’t handle it. I hate starting over.
