Please tell me something motivating? I really want to be fit. I paid for 3 months of Weight Watchers a few days ago - I've never tried anything like that before. I'm eating less than the points I'm allowed, although I'm not trying to, but I can't motivate myself to work out and I still feel like, even though I'm eating less points, I'm not eating right. I'm tired of looking and feeling like this but somehow that's not enough to motivate me?!

if seems like even though you’re motivated, you dont know how much you are worth this, and you deserve to lead a healthy and happy life. it’s gunna take everything you have, but it’ll be so so worth it. dot get discouraged by the number on the scale or if you screw up. jut make sure you don’t quit . :)

lol, don't be insulted, but you're kinda wearing your bra a little too low. You need to support your boobs, and the bra strap needs to be right under them. Especially if you're exercising and your boobs are gonna lose a little fat, you need to support em so they dont get saggy! :)

I know that getting adequate sleep is important for staying healthy and losing weight. My only chance to work out tomorrow (since I have class till past when the gym closes) would be to wake up early, but that would mean getting less than 7 hours of sleep. Do you think it is worth it?

it’s sometimes hard to make time for the gym, I think switching to a 24/7 gym would be a good idea for you if there’s one nearby. but yeah one night of inadequate sleep won’t kill you :) just remember to stay on track with your intake cause your appetite will probably increase.
